There is a delay with the fabrication of the structural steel. The contractor has been waiting on the Architect and Structural Engineer to review and approve the steel fabrication details. The steel needs to be placed before the concrete slab can be poured. It may be mid Feb. before the slab is poured.  According to Eric Seely, Project Manager on January 4th.
