These are some of the reasons a person might be eligible for Home Delivered Meals.  The center provides this service for residents of Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake and Middletown.
All it takes is a phone call to our office (987-3113) by the person or someone on behalf of the person needing the meal.  We will evaluate their need to determine if it meets the guidelines and can start the meal as soon as the next day.
Eligibility for the program is based on need -- NOT INCOME.  There is a suggested donation of $4 per meal, however, inability to pay for the meal does not disqualify a person from receiving the meal.
