Special Meeting of February 7, 2012

Vice Chair Jon Meyer called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. 
Present:  Mary Penney, Mona Locke, Milt Andreasen, Jon Meyer, Mike McKell
Absent:  Joyce Bradley; Billie Miller, Dwight Holford, Fred Castaldo 
Pledge led by Jon         

Lease Agreement with the County of Lake   Each board member reviewed the language of the Lease Agreement.  Discussion was held about several points, including the length of the agreement (can we renew again after 30 years?) use of the building by outside agencies, and taxes.  Concerns were addressed and resolved.  Mike McKell moved to approve the Lease as written; seconded by Milt Andreasen.  Unanimous vote to approve. 

Luncheon Club Lunch Staff   The board members will staff the Middletown Luncheon Club on Wednesday, February 22.  Jacque has family commitments that day and will not be here.  Kitchen staff will create the menu.  

Interview Team    Board members Mona Locke and Mary Penney will participate on the interview team for the Bookkeeper/Clerical Support.
